Our Materials
Our eco-friendly car tidy bags are made in 3mm Neoprene, durable material with high strength. Washable, waterproof product (its cells are closed, which prevents water absorption and dries easily when washed), weather resistant (rain, sun, pollutants and climatic changes) with protection against liquid damage, it is also fungus and bacteria resistant. With a high degree of malleability, it provides a great visual result when used in your vehicle.
The raw material is properly stored so that the product (Neoprene) preserves its qualities. We use laser cutting and the type of seam is flat seaming, made with industrial sewing machines, allowing excellent finish and resistance. The stamps are printed on special paper and transferred to the legitimate neoprene by the process of sublimation, which provides a high definition of image and colour.
Finally, before the product goes on sale, it goes through four stages of review, in order to maintain the final quality of our products.
We also make our eco-friendly car tidy bags in 100 grams Nonwoven Fabric , combining strength and durability with a design developed for use in manual and automatic vehicles.
The Nonwoven fabric name comes from the fact that this material does not pass through looms, common in fabric manufacturing. Thus, the fibers are not woven in the conventional way, being designated as non-woven. Its fibers are not hatched according to an ordered arrangement but arranged randomly. The nonwoven fabric has as main raw material a polymer called polypropylene.
For this material the images are printed by the silk-screening process, water based, in up to four colours (or more colours, on request).
Finally, we also make our eco-friendly car tidy bags in 100% recycled PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate).
PET is 100% recyclable and versatile. It is a type of clear, strong, lightweight and 100% recyclable plastic. Unlike other types of plastic, PET is not single use.
PET is the most widely recyclable plastic. PET bottles are commonly melted down and spun into fibres. When collected in a suitably pure state, PET can be recycled into its original uses, and methods have been devised for breaking the polymer down into its chemical precursors for resynthesizing into PET.
